All apparel is printed on demand, so orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. E-bikes and scooters ship within 5–10 business days to allow for pre-delivery inspection and torque testing.

Orders over $100 ship free within the continental United States and Canada. Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order leaves our workshop. You can also view tracking details anytime from your Account page.

Apparel: because each piece is custom-printed for your order, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or printing errors. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

Custom Design Studio orders: since these are made to your exact specifications, they are final sale unless the finished piece does not match the design you submitted.

E-bikes and scooters: unused units in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. Units that show signs of riding or assembly are eligible for store credit only, subject to inspection.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Every e-bike and scooter frame is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Batteries carry a 6-month warranty covering charge-capacity failures under normal use.

Printed apparel is guaranteed against cracking, peeling, or fading under normal wash care for 90 days from delivery.
